Department Assistant, Somerset, PA Office


Job Summary:

The EADS Group is actively seeking a full-time Department Assistant located in our Somerset, PA office to provide general office and administrative support for the office. Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities include general clerical support including producing letters, memos, spreadsheets, charts and graphs as needed for project assistance, maintaining department project files and assist with compiling reports, operating standard business equipment, including scanners, copiers, fax machines, and postage meters, and assisting with receptionist duties including answering telephones, routing calls, and greeting visitors.


Here’s what you’ll need:

• Preferred candidates will have a two-year business-related degree or certification.

• 2 years of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
