We achieve these goals by employing state-of-the-art technology, adhering to regimented quality control procedures and following a typical process of discussing the objectives, intended use, special requirements and the budgets with our clients. In many cases, we also provide pre-design services which may include site evaluation and selection, environmental site assessments, feasibility studies/schematic design, and cost estimates. Upon arriving at a Project Program with the client, we will develop final bid/construction documents which include drawings, technical specifications and a project manual. Depending on the specific project, these documents may include detailing of structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and landscape components. EADS Architects will assist clients with obtaining bids, selecting contractors and negotiating construction contracts. EADS will visit the building site to conduct job conferences with the contractors, review the work for compliance with the construction documents, and monitor the contractor’s progress. Upon satisfactory completion, EADS will perform project close-out activities which include, but are not limited to, final payments to contractors, as-built drawings and warranties.
